Which order did you place?

📦 If you ordered from our Philippines collection and chose local delivery, your order is handled by Lalamove or GoGo Xpress — not our website.

There's nothing to enter or look up here. Once your order is picked up, the courier sends tracking straight to you.

🛵 How Lalamove/GoGo Xpress tracking works

  1. Once we hand your order to a rider, the courier sends a tracking link via SMS to the phone number you gave us when placing your order.
  2. Tapping that link shows you the rider's live location, estimated arrival time, and their contact number — you can message or call them directly.
  3. No account, app download, or order number lookup is needed on your end — just watch for the text.

Didn't get a text? Double check the phone number you entered at checkout is correct and can receive SMS. If it's been a while since your order was confirmed and you still haven't heard anything, email us at support@saikodesushoppingcenter.com and we'll check the status for you.

🌏 Orders shipping internationally, or from our Global Collection, ship via courier and are trackable using the tracking number sent in your shipping confirmation email.
