Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Where you send it back depends on which collection it came from.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

🇵🇭 Philippines Local Collection Returns

To start a return on an item from our Philippines collection, contact us at support@saikodesushoppingcenter.com.

If accepted, we'll provide instructions on returning your package to our local Philippines facility via Lalamove, GoGo Xpress, or courier — no need to send anything overseas.

🌍 Global Collection Returns

To start a return on an item from our Saikodesu Global collection, contact us at support@saikodesushoppingcenter.com.

If accepted, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your package to the international partner facility that serves your region.

📦 Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

• Perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants)
• Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
• Personal care goods (beauty products)
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 14-Day Statutory Cooling-Off Period

If you're a consumer shopping from the United Kingdom, you have the statutory right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason and without justification — regardless of which collection your item is from.

• You must notify us of your decision to cancel within 14 days of delivery.
• You then have an additional 14 days from the date of notification to return the item to our designated UK partner facility.
• Items should be returned in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.
• Your refund will include the cost of our standard delivery (if applicable).

Refunds

We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
