We ship two ways depending on what's in your cart — fast local delivery for Philippines stock, and worldwide shipping for our Global Collection.

🇵🇭 Philippines Local Collection

Stocked in-country. Delivered via Lalamove or GoGo Xpress in 3–5 business days. COD available.

🌍 Global Collection

Shipped from international fulfillment partners, DDP (duties & taxes prepaid). Typically 7–15 business days. Rates calculated at checkout.

🇵🇭 Philippines Local Collection

Items from our Philippines collection are stocked locally and delivered via Lalamove or GoGo Xpress.

  • Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within the Philippines.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available exclusively for orders made up entirely of Philippines collection items.
  • No customs or import duties apply, since these items are already in-country.

🌍 Global Collection — Worldwide Shipping

For everything outside our Philippines collection, we ship directly from our international fulfillment centers and warehouse partners located globally — including to customers within the Philippines ordering items from Saikodesu Global.

  • Shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your location and order weight.
  • Shipping and handling times reflect the international journey of your package.
  • Shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — duties and taxes are prepaid, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery.
  • Cash on Delivery is not available for these items.

Upon receiving payment, we immediately begin processing your order. Our handling process takes 1–5 business days and includes:

  • Order verification
  • Custom tailoring (where applicable)
  • Rigorous quality control checks
  • Secure, professional packaging

✈️ Shipping Time

Philippines Local Collection 3–5 business days via Lalamove/GoGo Xpress after dispatch.
Global Collection — Standard Typically 7–15 business days from dispatch to delivery.

Peak seasons and remote locations may occasionally take slightly longer due to regional customs processing or local courier schedules.

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order has been packed and shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your unique tracking number.

  • Monitor your package's journey any time via our Track Your Order page.
  • Most global shipping partners provide real-time tracking, though details may vary by destination postal network. Local Lalamove/GoGo Xpress deliveries are tracked directly through the courier.

🛃 Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Global Collection items are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees are already included and prepaid by us.

  • You won't be charged any additional customs fees, duties, or taxes on delivery.
  • Saikodesu handles customs clearance directly, so there's nothing extra for you to pay or arrange.
  • Philippines Local Collection items are not subject to customs, as they are already stocked domestically.
